TERMS & CONDITIONS Promotional Game "Win a Gift Card €100" — Silk Curls

1. ORGANIZER

The game is organized by Silk Curls Ltd., trading as Silk Curls, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The game runs from 31 May 2026 (00:00) to 15 June 2026 (23:59). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible for the promotional game.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Any individual may participate provided they:

  1. are at least 18 years of age;
  2. have a delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria;
  3. have placed a valid order in the Silk Curls online store with a minimum value of €40 (VAT included) during the promotion period.

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS & NUMBER OF ENTRIES

Entry into the promotional game is automatic upon fulfilment of the following conditions:

  1. Every completed and paid order of €40 or more qualifies for 1 (one) entry.
  2. The number of entries is determined by dividing the order value (in EUR) by 40 and taking the integer part of the result. For example, an order worth €162 qualifies for 4 entries.
  3. There is no maximum number of entries per participant.
  4. Cancelled, returned, or unpaid orders do not count as entries.

5. PRIZES

The prizes in the promotional game are:

  1. 3 (three) physical Gift Cards, each worth €100, issued by Silk Curls and valid for purchases in the Silk Curls online store.

The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

6. DRAW & ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

  1. The draw will take place on 18 June 2026 using a randomizer from all valid entries.
  2. The draw process will be recorded and published on the Silk Curls Instagram and Facebook pages.
  3. The names of the winners will be announced on 18 June 2026 on the Silk Curls social media channels.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

  1. The physical Gift Card will be sent by courier to the delivery address of the winning order.
  2. Dispatch will take place no later than 19 June 2026.
  3. Courier costs for prize delivery are covered by the Organizer.

8. LIABILITY

The Organizer is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. Should a winner be unreachable or decline the prize within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Participants' personal data (name, delivery address) are processed solely for the purposes of running the game and delivering the prize, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Silk Curls Privacy Policy.

10. META DISCLAIMER

This game is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram). Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the game should be directed to Silk Curls and not to Meta.

11. TERMINATION

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the game in the event of force majeure or a breach of these terms, with notice provided through its official social media channels.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, if not possible, before the competent Bulgarian court.
